Production
Caparo Vehicle Technologies (CVT) has the capability to design and manufacture prototype and low to medium volume composite parts, assemblies and vehicle Body-in-White in the UK.
The manufacture of productionised medium to high volume advanced composites is planned for supply from existing Caparo sites in India.
Combining the skills for prototyping and low volume production with the capability for high volume manufacturing CVT have a new state of the art composite facility based centrally in the UK with dedicated laminating and trim shop rooms and autoclave facility. The workforce have many years of composite manufacturing experience, working in the fields of motorsport, aerospace and defence.
Our manufacturing staff work closely with our own and our customers’ engineering teams to make designs production-ready for high quality and cost efficient manufacture.
CVT delivers complete supply chain solutions, setting up a robust and sustainable supply base. We are experienced in the selection and management of suppliers of niche and motorsport components through to very high volume suppliers.
